Hi, I’m Bibi,

The Founder of I AM WELL SIS. In April of 2022 while I was on a silent retreat and juice fast at my own home, IAMWS was born. It was during a period where I felt like the world was too loud and I needed peace. I needed to hear my own voice and the voice of God on the next steps for my life. I AM WELL SIS was the whisper that I heard from the Creator but I wasn’t obedient until two years later.

I AM WELL SIS welcomes you to come back home to yourself through exploring and renewing the sacred relationship you have with yourself through different healing modalities such as “Food as Medicine”, “Secrets in the Silence”, “ Keeping it Moving” and many others that you’ll be introduced to throughout your journey at IAWS.

At I AM WELL SIS, we journey individually and collectively depending on what is needed for the season. I share what has worked for me on my wellness experience and you can tap into your own wisdom to heal your mind, body and spirit.
